足足有一個月無點郁動, 行返個簡單既大城石澗啦 :face35:

剛剛成個星期都無得好瞓, 攰攰攰, 著左FiveTen, 好多位, 信心提升唔到好多, 要慢慢行. :face05:

之後出左旺角, 發現朗豪坊有個政府既熟食中心, 幾抵食, 環竟又唔錯:face13:

今日雖然已經好小心，但有幾個位都幾乎跣腳。有個樊爬位跣腳，好在兩手撐住，但依家手腕都仲有啲痛。:face11:

記憶中，大城係易行嘅，但記憶永遠係唔可靠。我上年拉傷背脊都係响大城，所以今次特別小心。雖然有陰影，但都可以克服，但「有人」長期在雙鹿陰影下...........:face03:
