慢慢行,衛徑第7段+獅子山 2011/10/09
今日主要係同雷利隊友Kenny行翻轉, 夾一夾下星期比賽的時間等等, 所以10點半先在城門菠蘿壩起步, 行衛徑第7段. :face93:
由於下星期就比賽, 都唔會行得太快, 慢慢行, 對於好耐無點郁動既我, 就當係攞返d行山既感覺啦. :face49:
行完, 剛好美琪又練完跑, 見Kenny係到, 就約埋on9食飯, 點知去到大埔中心未見美琪及on9, 唔想等, 就去了Billie家. :face05:
等到美琪及on9來到, 食飯中, 佢地有個打機朋友致電去邊到玩, 就講到行山, 就去了行獅子山. :face48:
路線1: 菠蘿壩 -> 衛徑第7段 (11km, 2小時25分)
路線2: 法藏寺 -> 沙田坳 -> 獅子山頂 -> 回歸亭 -> 黃大仙 (6km, 2小時15分)
