北潭凹至西貢 2008/07/01

連日下雨, 心諗今日都應該會有d雨吧, 氣溫都應該無咁高吧, 係就無上星期行苗圃路線咁熱, 但都唔係咁弱, 都興興地. :face69:

天有好多雲, 但都唔多覺經常遮住我地既. 風景比之前幾次都清唔少了, 睇黎過多一兩個星期就會有藍天白雲的景致了. :face19:

路線A: 麥理浩徑第3段(北潭凹 -> 牛耳石山 -> 嶂上 -> 雷打石山 -> 雞公山 -> 水浪窩) -[color=royalblue] 10.2km, 3.5小時[/color]
路線B: 麥理浩徑第3段(北潭凹 -> 牛耳石山 -> 嶂上 -> 雷打石山 -> 雞公山 -> 水浪窩) -> 山寮 -> 西貢 - [color=royalblue]13.5km, 4小時[/color]

今日無操山準備，所以早餐食少了一半，上兩個山頭就已經化晒。
上雞公山時迎面遇上筋肉石，寒喧兩句後各自閃人。知道Tommy急起直追，有時間限制(tea time)，無得上馬鞍山，急急轉落黃竹洋徹退。:face28:

石澗路... 跟本今日應該行d平和既石澗啦. :face82:

筋肉石勁, 咁佢老婆咪仲勁, 掛住個相機再加個斜揹袋既行街look, 咁都跟得住 :face11:

呢日開段都唔錯，但上雞公山時感覺力不從心，可能早餐食得少，有腳軟feel。所以水浪窩後只加碼些少，上黃竹洋路落番西貢。
